I’m so glad I’m back to juicing and blogging about it. I took a very long break from doing both most of this year to pursue other personal goals that suffice it to say left me feeling drained and hopeless. I am finally beginning to feel like my true happy self again and I owe much of that to my beloved 5 year old Breville juicer and my yummy hubby. While in the throes of my sadness I forced myself to think of (and act on) activities that bring me joy and juicing was pretty much at the top of the list. Ok, so maybe juicing tied with sleeping 9+ hours on my days off regardless of how many ‘important’ and ‘timely’ errands I needed to run. So here are two recipes that I made on a day I literally slept in till 11am! These recipes are raw, fresh, mostly organic and quite delicious. Give them a try!I had one for breakfast, at 12pm 🙂 and one for lunch at 3pm 🙂 🙂 with lots of water in between.

GREEN JOY JUICE RECIPE (24 ounces)

Juice and Be Joyful!

Nothing is better than real fresh juice and a good cleansing! After you’ve done your cleanse, consider keeping clean with little effort by using juice powders. We’re offering samples through our crowdfunding campaign for the first juicing alternative. Hope you’ll check it out. It’s saved us a lot of time when juicing just isn’t feasible. Here is a link to check it out. Thank you, Rick Perry, NutriGardens. http://goo.gl/KwI7ys

Some do provide a little bit of nutrition, but by far, home-made juices/smoothies provide optimal health benefits. We will look at the some of these benefits in this article, followed by some simple fruit and vegetable combinations and their goodness.

Thanks! My wife is too lazy to go out and do some experiments on juice. But i will share this article to her. I hope she will be convinced. We are in UAE now, i found this website also https://www.facebook.com/uaejuiceplus/ @uaejuiceplus recommending juice plus as an alternative. I think we will try this as well and your juice.
